Our investors assume the role of a bank, enjoying the position of a lender with their investment secured by a 'Real' asset that generates monthly income. We seek out low-cost properties to reduce the barriers to entry of the mortgage lending environment, ensuring that our investors' investments are secure via the first lien position of the property's deed and insured against damages or loss, giving them peace of mind.

Our Name
We named our company '5ive to 11ven' to reflect our values and dedication to our investors. The name is inspired by "The Parable of the Talents" in Matthew 25: 14-30, where the first servant turned five talents into 11 through wise investments. As verse 29 states: "For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away."
